Providing much more than just meals
단순히 음식을 제공하는 것 이상의 의미
We are a front line agency that distributes food to people struggling
with hunger, such as homeless and extremely low-income residents.
The meals and food distributions are healthful and nutritious.
Beyond food, we want to support our community with hope and love.
We also provide daily necessities to elderly people.
We are doing Food Bank Service in 5 different ways.
본 재단은 음식저축 은행이라고 불리는 푸드뱅크, 즉 먹을 수 있는 상태인데도 버려지는 잉여식량을
끼니를 걱정해야 하는 어려운 이웃들과 배고푼 홈리스들에게 나눠주는 사업에 참여하고 있습니다.
푸드뱅크 서비스는 단순히 음식을 나눠주는 활동을 넘어 절실하게 도움이 필요한 어려운 이웃들에게
건강, 용기와 희망을 함께 전달하는 활동입니다. 뿐만 아니라 홀로계시는 어르신들에게 생필품을
전달하는 활동도 하고 있습니다.
현재 본 재단에서 운영하고 있는 사랑의 푸드뱅크는 아래와 같이 5개 기관을 통해 운영하고 있습니다
